for Maintaining your Home |
Plumbing
-Check plumbing fixtures and water using appliances
for leaks
-Grind a cut-up lemon and then 2 - 3 cups
of ice in the garbage disposal
-Clean pop-up sink and tub strainers
-Pour a mixture of baking soda, white vinegar
and boiling water down drains
-Pour water down seldom used drains
-Drain a few gallons of water from the valve
at the base of the water heater
-Clean faucet aerators and shower heads with
